Prior to opening 301 Performance, Caisse received his B.S. in exercise science and worked under renowned strength & conditioning coaches. Caisse has trained a wide demographic of individuals, ranging from every day people to youth, high school, NCAA division I, II, III, and professional athletes. Caisse prides himself in delivering results to all of his clients, regardless of what their goals may be.
